LEMON BLUEBERRY MOUSSE CUPS
I just about died when I ate this.
I say that about all of the fun new things we try here though…
There is nothing better than going home, sitting at the table, getting out two small spoons (there’s something bout tiny spoons - seriously) and sharing a mousse cup with Michael. And then being like… DANG this is sooooo tasty.
I kinda wish we weren’t sharing it though, because I wanted more.
That lemon curd mousse-y creamy goodness, my dear me. Lemon cake and blueberry jam — topped with whipped cream. (insert excited gasp*)
Yes, that’s the lovely Jen Zach in the background putting together our weekly flower vases (swoon) and her friend taking a picture of me taking a picture of this. Ha.

IT’S BLUEBERRY WEEK HERE AT MGB!
1 - THIS adorable blueberry jam
Ingredients : organic wild blueberries, organic cane sugar, organic lemon juice. easy peasy. the cutest little jar and it makes for great gifts! Honestly, toasted rustic white & blueberry jam for breakfast with those eggs. I wouldn’t be mad about it.
2 - THIS sour blueberry soda.
Sweeter than a sparkling water. Less sweet than an actual soda. It’s just fun. So if you’re bored with your life, idk just come get a sour blueberry soda and grab one for your friend.
3 - THIS crushed blueberry vinegar
You can add a splash to some sparkling water, throw in some lime juice, ice, and sit on your front porch for a little refresher. Toss it in a dressing or throw some in your smoothie for a little POP.

WATERMELON SLICES ON YOUR PLATES THIS WEEK!
weeeee!

Um.
This has nothing to do with blueberries — or sandwiches.
I guess I’m posting this on here…
The Skymaster…. do I live for it?
Maybe.
I cry laughing watching this. My hands sweat watching this. Sarena sat with me wearing her cute summer shirt. Michael right behind us. You can hear him laughing too.
This ride was at the park last year and I wondered… “Dang that looks fun. Should I go on that? It’s been awhile… what if I get sick?”
Well… I went on it, got off and went RIGHT back on. Ha! Back to back baby.
When I saw the Skymaster came back this year, I knew it was time again… time to reunite. Time to loose my voice a little. I can’t help it. I’m uncontrollable on that ride. My stomach drops, I almost fall out of the seat.. my eyes water…or I’m crying - you can’t really tell. It’s a thrill. I feel alive.
Enough about carnival rides…
I happened to take the most adorable photos of this gal over the weekend. She became best friends with the little water trough to cool off.
And Murray. She became best friends with Murray. How could you not.
Tiny is looking for her forever family —
Her paw is healed up, she recently got spayed, and is ready to venture off. She’s an 11 month old happy little pup, crate trained, walks great on a leash, dog & people/kid friendly. Looking for a home that will provide her with proper exercise and structure to set this gal up for success.

Welp that’s a wrap - Just a little reminder to go on the carnival rides and LOLLLL, and share the videos of you screaming, and eat the lemon mousse, and go eat dinner outside…. and soak up the sun, and go get a fancy drink on a Monday, and get the party dress…. and then wear it. Ok that’s all.
You’re a pip, SJ. 😊
