So Incredibly Grateful.
I'm Up In The Loft Today....
So incredibly grateful.
You all are just the best.

We are overwhelmed in the best way possible with the amount of love & support you all have sent our way this week.
It’s been 15 years of developing who we are and how MGB best shows up in this community. You all showed up on day ONE in 2011 and didn’t stop. This community has supported us like there’s no tomorrow. We’ve outgrown our original location that we absolutely love and adore - and we’re moving on.
MGB is moving in early 2027 to Central City Market | 2041 Madison Street which is centrally located in the heart of Stevens Point, WI.
If you missed the news from earlier this week — you can read the full story right here :

We are SO ready for a new chapter, new growth, and bringing life into this historical building that deserves so much lovin’. Just look at that brick… and those windows…

Yes, those tulips are from my garden. I threw them in a vase last minute running out the door in my red Mary Jane’s and here we are. That sunlight hitting them just perfectly. I knew I had to bring them. Thanks Jordan for capturing such beauty.
Have questions? Great - We have answers.
THIS WEEKEND IS FOR MOM!

A pair of striped socks, a dried floral arrangement, a candle, and a sweet little card - we’ve got it all here. Plus a sugar sprinkle cookie for good measure…

Donation Opportunity —
We know how this community can rally in times of need. Main Grain (along with many other local businesses) have boxes ready to be filled over the weekend! Donate items to help moms in need.
All donations will get picked up early next week and will go to CAP Services’ Family Crisis Center in Stevens Point. If you’re stopping in this weekend, you can bring in a donation as well!
Below is a link to their wish list — cleaning, household, personal care, new clothing, youth services, gift cards to local businesses or local grocery store or gas stations.
Your support truly helps make a difference for women and families in our community - Thank you!

A while back I shared 6 REASONS why working at MGB could change your LIFE. Let’s do a little recap…
You will not go hungry.
You’ll be enrolled in our Wellness Program
You build muscle.
You will learn new skills. Growth will happen.
It’s all about community.
Every Friday is payday
This afternoon I’m Up In The Loft and I’m unboxing one of our bankers box — The MGB Wellness Program.
The first couple years of business, I was always so thrilled to drive to Staples in Plover, buy the foldable cardboard bankers box and organize the 7,598 invoices and paperwork for that year (with cute paperclips... yes, that motivates me). Come January 1, I was all about it. I labeled them with a big ol’ fat sharpie, stacked them by year up in the loft, and pushed up against that back cinder block wall….
Things have changed now and we no longer need to store paperwork because it’s 2026…
Anyway… Here’s what I’m unboxing —
What we ended up naming our MGB Wellness Program and why.
Elaborating on these six reasons and going into allll the details of what I’m referring to
I’ll drop a pdf of the Wellness Program Lead Position Description
You’ll get a list of everything that is included in our MGB Wellness Program
Maybe you run a bakery or a restaurant and need some inspiration on how to create a SOLID team with some nice perks. Or maybe you are just intrigued as to how we do it here and want to know more. Either way, anyone is welcome up into the loft, but it is rather dusty…
UP IN THE LOFT will be a paid subscriber space, where we can go deeper into the business details, systems, and decisions behind the bakery.
So come along, follow me for more…
These are the systems and practices we’ve developed over 15 years of running our business. They reflect what has worked for us, but may not apply universally. Use discretion, adapt thoughtfully, and make them your own.
