I’m making THIS SALAD tonight. Michael, if you are reading this - I really am making it…. Do you want to make something to go with it? Ha. Ok I’m serious though.
Side note + If I was stranded on an island, just give me never ending avocados (and a bag of honey mustard kettle chips…. or french fries, I haven’t decided yet…)
Buttery Lettuce (grab it locally at the Co-op from from Produce Point!) Big CHUNKS of ripe avocado, sesame oil (yes please, I have a bottle at home I need to use), tahini, AND this seed mixture that you can make ahead of time. Big batch it and have it in your pantry for future. It lasts for weeks!
