Meet this little lady....
You know what was nice — when that sun came out yesterday mid afternoon…!
It was weird because I went home after work and because it was a windy gloomy cool day…. I started a fire, brewed a cup of coffee, lit a candle, and was going to finish up work at home.
Then the sun came out and I was like… Okkkkkk now I have to be outside, it’s so nice out! There is this corner of the backyard where the wind is blocked and the sun hits. That’s the best spot.
Anyway - let’s talk about Shrub Tarts.
Today on the counter — Cherry Orange Shrub Tarts!

So here we are - Meet Tiny.
She’s an 8 month old pit… chihuahua mix? Hence the name Tiny. She got a little soft cast on that left paw. The previous owners neglected to take care of her infected paw. Her bandage was on for far too long and because of that, she lost two of her toes. It’s truly unfortunate.
BUT Instead of thinking about her past — we’re going to focus on where’s she at now and once again — help her on this healing journey! She’s in good hands, eating like a champ, makes the cutest little noises when she’s tired, is obsessed with Gerdie, and bounces around like a little bunny.
She’ll be with us until her paw fully heals and I’ll help her learn how to step on that paw that she forgot she had! After that, she’ll be up for adoption.
