ORANGE ALMOND CREAMSICLE CUPCAKES
These creamy fluffy little cupcakes are TOOOOO GOOOD.

I took one home yesterday to share with Michael. Didn’t have too far to go, so I was just driving around and holding it in my left hand making sure it made it home safe & sound…. like the cupcake was on a little adventure or something.

These got delivered last week. I opened one up immediately to try (yum) and then gave one to our ‘kitchen towel and mat delivery driver’.
“Here’s one for the road, Troy.”
I’m not a big soda girly, but orange soda always makes me think of grandma & grandpa’s house. Endless soda options in the basement. Behind the bar. We always got one when we were there. Orange for me and I feel like my sisters always grabbed the grape one which tasted like cough syrup, so I never understood that…
Anyway —

We’ve got supreme'd O R A N G E S on the to-do list this morning. We will be tossing them on those salads alllll week for a little extra extra!
Have you ever removed the peel & pith of an orange…?
Well it’s something else. I just asked the crew if they were having fun peeling the oranges. One said “yes” - one said “It’s not my favorite thing.”
Love them.

TINY GOES ON THE BOAT.
I should write a children’s book. Ha!
This little girl is toooooo cute. Look at those little white teeeef.
Michael is crazy (in a great way) and somehow installed a new electric motor on the back of our boat (Candise - Candy for short) over the winter. He was out in the garage in the freezing cold taking off the old motor that weighed a million pounds and re-wiring and building some sort of battery charging station and other things that I don’t even know how to write about…
because I know nothing about boat motors - but he does!
We took it out with friends a couple weeks ago to see if it worked.
It did.
Tiny came along for the ride and well… jumped right out of the boat. Good thing I had her leash on - wasn’t expecting that one!
This girl’s paw is feelin’ FREEE and FANCYYY. We are still working on her putting more weight on it… She’s all about digging holes, so it can’t bother her too much…
